The Garden Room

Spring flowers may be slow in blooming but this Holden, Massachusetts home has a garden room to enjoy all year round.

The client picked up the wrought iron garden set at an auction. She had it sandblasted and refinished in a beautiful verdigris.  Plush custom-made cushions make it comfortable. The walls feature a reverse stencil with a leaf motif.  A dark green area rug with scrolling leaves anchors the room.

Custom window treatments are in an abstract floral of soft pink and greens. Like soft clouds, swags appear to float across the top of the garden room.
